It’s our 20th anniversary of rolling sushi around the globe and we’re celebrating with a new Izakaya and sushi - exclusive to Boston and New York. Our new menu will feature a mix of Japanese classics and our own modern Izakaya and sushi curations.

Over 30 freshly made dishes on the conveyor belt

More than 30 freshly made traditional and progressive Sashimi, Nigiri and Maki dishes which will be featured on the conveyor belt. Our new favorites include: Tonkotsu Ramen Roll — Deconstructed Ramen: Pork belly, wakame, burnt garlic, tonkotsu mayo; and Spam Musubi — Hawaii-inspired roll with spam, nori and furikake in a panko crust.

 We’ve also added some exciting dishes to our Izakaya and Bowls selection, to feature 15 made-to-order Japanese signature plates including Takoyaki, Kaiso Seaweed Salad and Chicken Karaage.

Izakaya & bowls Selection

New and large bowls perfect for the cold months ahead, such as: Miso Buttered Corn — Local Corn on the Cob, miso butter, shichimi pepper; Buta No Kakune — Pork belly, ramen egg, spicy karashi mustard, crispy sweet potato; Miso Karaage Ramen — Chicken Karaage in spicy miso chilli broth; Tonkotsu Ramen – Seared Pork Belly ramen with savory tonkatsu broth.

Thirsty for more? The menu will also include new cocktails; a wide-range of sakes, including more than 5 distinctive “One – Cup” options; Japanese and local craft beers; and non-alcoholic options including T2 Herbal teas, Panatea Match and La Colombe Draft Latte.
